CHARLES OJO: Chief Executive Officer
With over 20 years’ experience in the banking, finance and capital markets, Charles Ojo is a seasoned banker with an excellent pedigree in corporate restructuring, infrastructure financing, project finance, equity raising and Issuance of Fixed Income Instruments.
Charles was also a strategic member of the Financial Advisory Team that proffered financial options and solutions to the Lagos State Government on its $2.1 billion Light Rail Project.
Charles was a key member of the team that built Sterling Capital Markets Limited, into a leading Investment Banking institution in Nigeria. Mandates handled by him while in Sterling cut across various sectors of the economy e.g. manufacturing, banking and insurance.
He has played a strategic role on several crucial transactions including being a vital part of the team of Joint Financial Advisers/Issuing Houses to the Lagos State Government’s N275 Billion Bond Issuance Programme; successfully ensuring that Lagos is the only State in Nigeria to have raised N57 Billion through a Bond Issuance Programme by way of a book build without an Irrevocable Standing Payment Order (ISPO) or any underwriting commitment.

TOKUNBO SALAMI: Chairman
Mr Tokunbo Salami id the Chairman of Iworld Financial Services Limited. He is a retired banker with over 30 years’ experience. Mr salami rose through the ranks at Société Générale Bank Nigeria Limited from the Head of Corporate Banking, Treasurer and eventually the Executive Director of the bank.
He is a chatered banker and a member of the Institute of Directors (IOD). He brings a lot of experience to bear on the board’s activities.
CECILIA MADUEKE: Non-Executive Director
Cecilia Madueke is a Legal Practitioner. She is a graduate of the University of Buckingham, Buckinghamshire, England and was called to the Nigerian Bar in 1987. She worked with Royal Exchange Plc until October 2009 in various capacities, her last assignment being Group Executive Director (Enterprise Risk Management & Corporate Governance) then she joined Julius Berger Nigeria Plc in May 2011.
She is presently the Company Secretary and in-house counsel of the company. She was appointed a Director of Iworld Financial Services in March 2012. She is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, UK (Nigeria Branch) and an Alumnus of the Lagos Business School.
WALE FASUYI: Non-Executive Director
Wale is a season banker with over 20 years’ experience in Banking where he has served in various capacities.
In the past, he has served in Managerial roles in Capital Bank International Limited (now Access Bank Plc), United Bank for Africa before his present position as General Manager in the Oil and Gas Unit at Ecobank Nigeria Limited.
Wale provided critical support in the merger of Capital Bank International and Access Bank Plc as well as the acquisition of Oceanic Bank Plc by Ecobank Transnational.
He has managed clientele in various industries including Telecommunications, Oil and Gas, Real Estate and Conglomerates.
He is an alumnus of University of Ibadan where he studied Geography and Business School Nederland where he obtained his MBA. He is also an Associate of Chartered Institute of Bankers Nigeria (CIBN).
OSAY IDOWU: Non-Executive Director
Mrs. Osa Idowu obtained a Bachelors of Art degree in Political Science with a focus in Political Economy from Temple University in the United States She is also an alumnus of the University of Pennsylvania.
She co-founded and is currently the Managing director of Home Office & Garden Ltd. A Team of design and engineering consultants providing a wide range of Urban design services for the built and natural environment.
Her workload is particularly concerned with the issues of community place-making and urban regeneration projects, thus, pioneering the beautification and transformation of public spaces in Benin City, Edo State.
Mrs. Osa Idowu is also a Director on the Board of Sankore Publishers Ltd. She was appointed a Director of Iworld Financial Services in March 2012.
